I bought this jacket because I have long arms, and this was the only one that had sleeves that were long enough. What I don’t like is the inside fabric is very clingy and so it always messes with whatever shirt/top you’re wearing.

I haven't put it to the test in the rain but I love the way it fits - very flattering with the drawstring at the waist. I purchased it mainly for travel in black color for versatility. The lining will add the warmth and the hood is designed to be snug enough to withstand wind and stay in place. I already have a Columbia raine shell that has served me well for years, but for spring and autumn travel when you expect cooler temperatures, this insulated style is a winner. I bought my typical size large.

Great jacket!

I love this jacket! It runs small. I normally wear a small, and got a medium, but otherwise it’s perfect. It’s lightweight, fuzzy inside, the perfect length, and it has a bit of a scalloped edge around the bottom, so it makes it slightly dressier, and the drawstrings around the waist allow you to tighten or loosen it as you want. I highly recommend it. It’s a great transitional coat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat looks great and fits true to size. Unfortunately the fabric lining the pockets is some sort of cheap microfiber, I’m not even sure, it feels super awful to the touch. Which is too bad since that’s the only part of the jacket I’m consistently touching! I’m not sure why they didn’t just put the same fleece in there as the inside of the coat.
