Cozy and looks great

Not tried it out yet. Bringing it to Scotland and Ireland this summer where a waterproof jacket is a must. Feels cozy due to the fleece lining. Looks great.

I gave it a 4 because the lining is not smooth and makes it donning a little difficult. It does not go on smoothly and I have to pull it on over whatever I am wearing. But, it is what I was looking for. Delivery was quick.
