Great jacket, useless hood

The body of the jacket was perfect - nice fit, lightly lined for warmth, nice looking. The price was reasonable. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for, however, the first time I wore it I realized my mistake when trying it on in the store - I didn’t test out the hood, and the hood sucks. It barely reached my forehead and didn’t shield my face nor front/top of my hair which renders it useless on the whole.
Thankfully I was able to return it but had to buy a different brand that I don’t like as much overall, and was more expensive, but has a proper hood.

Got some good use in heavy rain. It was 99% water proof. Kept me nice and warm. Nice deep pockets. Hood stayed on well as you can adjust . Would be nice to have inside pockets.
