Preferred hard plastic kneepads

Use these kneepads for work as i have to kneel on grating alot of i dont feel anything and they don't dig into the back of my leg

Just what I needed

These are perfect for my knees and are actually pretty comfortable to kneel down on cement floors. They have adjustable straps. My only issue and it could just be the material of my pants but they do have a little trouble staying up unless I do the velcro strap as tight as can be.
I used to wear volleyball knee pads under my pants but they pinched my legs after wearing them for about 9 hours. These ones don’t pinch or anything.
Just can’t put them in the wash so I bought a second pair and rotate them so they air out.
