Shipped wrong style twice

Shipped me the wrong gloves twice when ordering this style.... I need the full knuckle dip, with the backs of hands rubberized as seen in the picture, but I received the "palm dip" style which does not have the full fingers rubberized and waterproofed. I took the gloves to a store to see if they could exchange them for the correct style, but they could not, so i returned them and reorded, hoping to receive the correct style the 2nd time, but was sent the incorrect style again. The "Palm Dip" style is no good for winter/spring landscaping work, need the full knuckle dip to keep fingers warm and dry.
