When the use of a belt is not possible for medical reasons, suspenders are the way to go. Dakota has produced a great product with both choice of material for the webbing and a perfect simple attachment design. Once I tried a set, had to go back for more!

These are great suspenders for wearing all-day, every day comfortably and securely. We've got them in all three colours (blue, black, beige) for my dad who is ageing and needing something that is easy to clasp but strong.
