The product is good. I did have an issue with a return. The associate seemed annoyed and was frankly unfriendly when I had returned an unused and unopened item. She tried not to fulfill the return and "had to get management permission so she didn't get in trouble". This despite the initial instruction that if the thermal wear item was unopened a return would be granted. This interaction has led me to consider this interaction and NOT shop at your store again. Amazon is a wait, but worth it if I don't have to deal with judgmental attitudes upon returning an unused & unopened item. I will hardcore AVOID this store in the future.

These are ok. They are not very soft even after washing with softener. They feel almost like a wool/plastic weave to be honest to me. Feet aren't sweating in them tho which is a good thing so whatever material it is it isn't making my feet sweat and smell like other socks I've had do. They seem of decent quality tough wise just not what I expected soft wise. Stiff , not to thick but I will wear them not throwing $30+ socks away lol.
