Boots came scuffed, creased not looking new at all

I have bought these same boots for four years in a row and they have come in excellent condition until this last pair. They look like they have been tried on a hundred times , creased up, scuffed up and almost look used. The sole looks almost perfect but the brown material is how I described above and that's not cool for $200 boots. If you're selling new boots send new boots that look new! I don't live anywhere close to a store I'm in a.small town 2 hours away from a store or I'd take them back. I guess I should of called but I'm so overwhelmed with work, caring for parents and life I barely have time to sleep seems like. This better be the only time this happens because I will not shop here again if it does.

At the store they felt comfortable after two they of used I haven’t used them. They kill my feet’s and the worst thing is I lost my money.

Terrible to break in

These are the worst work boots I’ve ever had to break in. It took two weeks of my back of my legs/heals to feel some relief. Way too stiff and the stitching behind the legs was awful. Blister city. I’d pass.

don't use them in the rain

Boots are comfortable enough once they get broken in a bit - initially they rubbed like crazy at the back of my calf. But they are shockingly bad with water. It comes in every seam including around the sole and even soaks through the leather in suprisingly little time. Understand that these are leather work boots not rubber but I've got running shoes that are more waterproof than these
