A simple design hiding a host of high-performance features, this Dakota WorkPro Series soft shell jacket is ideal for everyday warmth and protection on the jobsite. The shell is water resistant and breathable, constructed with strong, tear-resistant Trilobal ripstop fabric backed with soft polyester fleece. The stand collar zips all the way up to the chin and is lined with anti-pill microfleece for lasting smoothness and comfort. To keep draughts at bay, there’s a concealed elastic waistband with toggle adjusters so you can pull the jacket close around your body. Side gussets and zippered underarm vents allow for comfortable movement and prevent overheating, while a number of pockets house your essentials when you’re moving around the worksite.

Main Zipper is JUNK, Otherwise Great Jacket

I've owned two of these jackets, the armpit zippers are fantastic and I love all the pockets and closures. Nice spring/fall jacket worn it in almost every setting from outdoor construction work to evenings out. Really versatile. Buuuuuuuuut as with my first of these jackets the main zipper has failed, which is absurd. Last time I exchanged it for a new one, this time I think the zipper lasted 1.5-2yrs. The gusseting on the zippers is a nice idea, however the main zipper gusseting gets stuck in the main zipper and starts to fray. Nothing else is wrong with the jacket. Do better Dakota

Really great jacket

Very nice jacket, my partner was very happy with the arm vents and the cut of the jacket. Perfect light/mid weight for shoulder seasons. Does fit a bit on the large side though, had to size down to a medium when usually a large would be the right size.

I was extremely leery about ordering this jacket for a third time. Over the years my husband has had this coat twice. He loves everything about it except the zipper. It breaks every time.

Worth the price!

My husband bought this exact jacket more than 12 years ago, loved it and wore it out. It was time for a new jacket and he was happily surprised to see that the same jacket is still available. It fits well - not boxy - and based on the lifespan of the previous jacket, it's durable and well made.

Fix your zippers

A great jacket with a terrible zipper. Second time around with this jacket and again the zipper failed. A jacket should last more than a year. C'mon Marks. I would appreciate a response.
