Poor service

Id love to be able to review this boots but cant because I have yet to receive them. I ordered this over a week ago and still haven't received them. The tracking number shows that they have been in Brampton Ontario for close to a week now. I ordered these online because I couldn't get them in my size at any local stores. They advertise 2 business days for shipping but by the looks of things marks needs to change that to 2 weeks for shipping.
No, I do not recommend this product.

These are the second pair of these boots I have purchased. They are very comfortable and last a long time. I do use a different insole but the rest of the boot is all original. Would recommend them 100%!
