Ive used these boots before and loved them.
My mistake and concern comes from ordering online. Site says 2-3 days for delivery. My item didn't get to canada post for 5 buisness days. Its been over a week and I still havent got my item.
I figured with the 2-3 buisness days my items would have been shipped via ups or a fast courier....if I knew it was going to take weeks I would have just picked it up in person.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheap and uncomfortable

These shoes started falling apart faster than my patience. About a month in, the heels were already worn down to nothing. Then I discovered the hidden torture device inside them... a sharp piece of plastic running halfway up the back like it was specifically engineered to cut my socks and slice my heels for sport.
I tried to fix them with moleskin because I cannot afford better shoes right now, but after wearing them to work every day for a couple months, the padding completely disintegrated. Now it feels like I’m walking on two angry plywood boards. The stitching near the tongue is unraveling like it’s trying to escape the shoe entirely.
Garbage quality, zero comfort, and nothing but pain. I absolutely hate these shoes.

I'll say that the shoes are quite comfy to stand around in, but any walking related to work, not so good. Day 1 I changed my insoles and noticed that the stitching on the inside was actually glued, and coming apart, how long until the rest of it comes apart too?

Do not get these!

Dakota shoes usually last me about a year in a kitchen. These ones broke on me super fast (5 months). They were very slippery while using despite being “non-slip”. The material where your heel sits also started coming apart very quickly. Do not recommend them!
