From Dakota WorkPro Series, these flat front stretch cargo work pants are made for the rigours of everyday wear on the job. The poly-cotton twill is treated with a soil and stain-resistant finish to keep them looking good longer. All main stress points, including the belt loops, are bartacked with strong polyester core thread for durability. These work pants have double-lined front pockets to help prevent tools from poking through the fabric and a pair of back welt pockets with buttoned closures to keep small items secure. Expandable cargo pockets, one with an additional cell phone pocket, provide ample room for small workday essentials.

Too many companies obsess over pleasing clients / customers -while their own people are drowning.
You bend over backwards for external praise, while your team quietly quits.
You push culture decks and “values” on meetings but can’t even provide psychological safety (feel safe to express themselves, take risks, and contribute without fear of judgment or negative consequences.) in a Monday meeting.
Here’s the truth:
Happy people, people who feel “heard“ build better businesses.
Respected people serve customers better.
Empowered people solve problems before they become complaints.
So if your culture is toxic, your service will eventually be too.
If your people feel disposable, your customers will feel the cracks.
Because if your team is burned out, disrespected, or constantly cleaning up messes from bad leadership - how do you expect them to show up for your customers?
Sometimes, small acts have the largest impact.

I never did wear these as they basically messed up the sale and made me mad. They were on sale, charged me full price blamed everyone but themselves so I told them I'd just return them so they don't have an understudied customer.

My husband loves these pants. They are his favourite. Comfortable to wear, easy to wash and lots of pockets. And they are at a good price point too. It's great to be able to get different pant lengths in the larger sizes too.

These pants are very thin, I bought a few pairs one ripped on the first day I wore them just rubbing past something as I was going by. They would be ok for very light work. I don’t expect these pants to last more than a few months, they should be 20$. Very cheap quality. I have bought Dakota pants in the past that were much better made and I couldn’t find the same ones to purchase again. I will not be buying Dakota pants again.
