Way too warm to wear when mosquitoes fly.

This is my first pair of work pants and I bought it online. The pants material is thick with triple stitching and no doubt will be durable. However, as permethrin treated pants, while it may keep mosquitoes from biting, the pants are far too warm to wear on a day when mosquitoes will fly. I wore mine on a windy 15C and it was already a bit too warm to wear.
Also, the reinforced knees should’ve been placed a lot lower down the knees for kneeling tasks.
It’ll make a great pair of work pants for autumn, winter or early spring wear and it’s a nice fit for 150lb, 5’6” me. So, for that I give it 2 stars, but it totally misses the mark as practical mosquito repellent pants because they’re far too warm.

Very hot and sweaty, should be vented somehow, best for early spring or late fall, but then there are no ticks or mosquitoes.
