A: Thank you for your question. Unlined Duck Bib Overall, style I83019, does not meet any flame resistant standards nor will it protect from slag or sparks or flames from welding equipment. The garment is made with a 100% cotton canvas duck fabric. The fact is, cotton can combust if exposed long enough or if exposed to intense enough heat or flame, hence this warning. While cotton duck has been worn by welders who have had no issues, we do not endorse wearing cotton for the purpose of welding, and for those that do, they do so at their own risk.

A: Thank you for your question, the Dakota Duck Bib Overalls With Removable Lining, style I873, has a removable lining. The lining is held in place using snap connections. It does not zip into the shell garment.
