I bought these pants with the matching jacket as I work outdoors in a yard and wanted to stay dry, I got some belt loops added and reinforced the crotch and haven't had any issues

I bought these pants to replace lighter gortex pants that I wear skiing, walking the dog, and pretty well anything outdoors in Ottawa in the winter. These are much warmer than my lighter pair. They are also more durable and fit better. They are snug around the waist area, but have lots of room in the legs. I'm glad I bought them - they are quite warm though.

Use these pants for hunting an walking through tall grass and thorny bushes. Usually go first thing in the morning when everything is wet from dew. They have kept me dry and comfortable through the bush.

I also work in the bush and as soon as the snow comes I live in these pants. On my second pair in 3 winters, worn everyday. Don't rip, pretty water proof. Lots of good pockets. I love them.

I work in forestry, outdoors in all conditions and need something that every stick and branch isn't going to rip. I've had these pants for 2 weeks and they are proving durable. I like the adjustable waist and the extra pockets, because you can never have enough pockets. Even in the -40 C weather we've been having my legs are still warm.
