Very warm neck warmer!

I bought this neck tube so I could pull it up over my head if I was cold; however, there is very little stretch so its virtually impossible to do that. In fact, it's even hard to pull on over my head for my neck, there is very little give in the fabric, which is why Im giving it a 3
No, I do not recommend this product.
