The in-store service was as good as could be expected after having recieved two or three emails form my online purchase indicating that the item was ready for pick up.
IT WAS NOT!! TWICE!!
fortunately the store manager was present to refund my purchase since I discovered on the first try, after purchasing the same item was unsatisfactory. It is a deterrent to my using online purchases from Mark’s. Not a happy customer!!
