Other than only showing up in French, finding this item instock in size needed was much easier than going from store to store just to discover it out of stock. The locker pickup system by scanning the receipt QR Code was super quick and efficient. I will likely do more of my shopping online because of the great system that Mark's has built.
The product itself is excellent value for high quality.

The product is fine it’s the packaging and the delivery that made me give such a poor review. To send it in so many seperate deliveries is very insensitive to the environment and seemed to be inefficient. The packaging was also out of step with the issue. Don’t understand why the recyclable cardboard inside the product had to be taped to it.

To large but otherwise comfortable

Sizing on website is NOT correct. It stated 48-50 for this size when I got the packages they were 50-52. That is enough of a difference for underwear to be uncomfortable as they are loose. Make sure you order 1 size down from what you see.

I've bought these for years. Love how comfortable the white boxer briefs are without chemical dyes because the chemical dyes have caused me skin allergy symptoms. For sizing... Follow the 'numeric size' or 'waist size' for your hip size and they'll fit perfect. Though... The hip size measurements in the size chart are incorrect. I have a 33" hip and Medium fits perfect.

I ordered two packages if underwear and when they arrived I got one and the other package had been opened and a pair had been removed and the package was closed with tape. I was charged for two packages of underwear. I am going to tell family and friends not to buy online from Marks and I am never going to order from Marks ever again.
No, I do not recommend this product.
