Painful and straining to wear

Waistband is far too tight — so tight that UNCOMFORTABLE is too weak to describe it, … and I already bought a size bigger, and I'm not overweight at all. It literally strangles your guts. That totally spoils the whole thing. Why are these rubber waistbands so extremely tight?
