Im very disappointed i bought these boots and I've been waiting for almost a week and still don't have them so really hope they will be worth the wait

zippers are very hard or impossible to zip.
The idea of the boot is that you can keep tied up and use zipper but when zipper is down the laces fall of the hooks and have to be redone. We will be returning.
