This product came without the key to use the grip on the sole of the boots. Called customer service and was told I would have to return the boots but they were out of my size. They also could not send the missing part

Date- 2 Jan, 2026. 2:00 pm. I just received my shoes and they looked used. The box is ripped off and has tapes on it, looks like someone returned their Christmas present. Not happy with used product, definitely returning it back.

Bad experience

Had product shipped to my house. The box was destroyed, but inside the boots were already warned. I was so disappointed and angry the whole point of me shipping the item to my house was so that I didn’t have to go out to the mall, but then I had to go back to the mall return them and get a new pair which I should’ve received at my door anyways bad service marks.
