Shoes have not arrived

I can't comment on the shoes because they have not arrived yet. I was told they would arrive Dec. 16. It is now Jan. 3. after one email and a phone call to Mark's still no answer on were my shoes are. Triangle has billed me for the shoes on Dec. 13, but no product or answers from Mark's.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Uglier in person than online

Comfortable enough, but oh so ugly!
I wanted soft rounded heal, slightly dressy casual slip on for clinic type office. Sketchers too informal. I used to have Aldo with rounded heal (not made anymore) or Clark's (still made, have to go to Quarks or similar). These are as comfortable (though less so after a while)
Problem is these are quite ugly in person. Don't like line between sides and top. Just look dumpy. The Aldo slip ons looked more contemporary 20 years ago (though these insides better)

Bought these shoes recently. the day after I bought them, they were reduced $30. phoned Marks next day, and they said "No worries. Just bring them back and we'll refund the difference in cash, which they did... next day. KUDOS to Marks Work Warehouse, Orangeville. That's service.
