These fit true to size, both around the waist and for the length. They have a little bit of stretch in the waist making them very comfortable to wear. They look great and are easy to clean. The relaxed fit gives you room through the legs (especially for those of us with larger thighs!) without being so baggy as to look sloppy. They're great for the office, for example. Not to casual, not to formal. Exactly what I needed.

Nice pants, sad ordering system

Came across these pants on a visit - at 60% off! Fabulous find. But my size in the colour I wanted was out of stock. So after much time and searching, a staff member agreed to have the right product shipped to my home. That's when the adventure began. He had typed in the wrong street name for delivery, which I saw when I got the confirmation. I called the store, but they were not able to change it, though they tried. They gave me a customer service number to call. But, they were unable to fix the error either. Apparently changes can be made to a submitted order - stupid, no? I wa told if the pants were not delivered, I'd just get a refund. I found a way to change the order to "pick up at the depot" on the UPS tracking site, so it all worked out, but what a hassle. Look forward to wearing the pants though.
