A: Based on the measurements you have provided; I would recommend a size 34Waist and 32L in this style if your son wants the jean to stop at the top of his shoe/boot. IF he would like the option to cuff or fold the jean up slightly, I would recommend a 34Wx34L to give him more leg length.
