Misleading advertising

You are misleading your customers calling this belt full grain leather. It may very well be genuine leather but it is most definitely not full grain leather.
I purchased a genuine leather belt from Marks last year and there’s already small cracks opening up on it. The belt you are advertising as full grain leather is actually genuine leather. A full grain leather belt will never crack open plus full grain leather belts cost twice what you’re charging.
Please change your description to accurately suit the product.

Existing belt was I thought a 38 so I ordered a 36. But 36 was too small.

Sturdy, although also stiff (not broken in yet). Trivial, but this doesn't match my grain concept of North American Bison (not nearly as "deep")?! Good quality, but different (grain, matte finish) than expected
