Existing belt was I thought a 38 so I ordered a 36. But 36 was too small.

Sturdy, although also stiff (not broken in yet). Trivial, but this doesn't match my grain concept of North American Bison (not nearly as "deep")?! Good quality, but different (grain, matte finish) than expected

It's an OK belt. It looks good but is very thin. At this price point I expect better quality and thicker leather. Only worn it 3-4 times and I can already see the belt won't last long. Might be worth it at half the price or less but certainly not full price.

Full Grain or just Genuine Leather?

Not convinced this is really full grain leather. The belt is stamped "Genuine Leather", which usually means bottom of the barrel quality. Even with the smooth gliding, roller style buckle, I can already see significant wear marks where the buckle rests. I've only worn it a handful of times. Time will tell how long this lasts.
