Great Boots

While I generally prefer to shop in person, I chose to purchase these boots online because my recent in-store experience was disappointing. The sales associate’s unprofessional and dismissive behavior suggested a weak grasp of customer service, which left a poor impression. I still trust this Boot brand, so I decided to take my chances online, and the product itself did not disappoint. Unfortunately, due to the in-store interaction, this will be my final purchase from Mark’s.

Amazing

Ordered online. Came within a few days. Boots were a size to big. Went to my closest store and exchanged on the spot no problems at all. The boots are great. Very comfortable barely tell you have them on your feet.

Comfortable enough, but the zipper does not last. Light wear and ripped in the middle of one boot.

Much Smaller than Similar Styles/Brands

Even with Mark’s “True Size” I’m a 13. Wanted something similar in style to my Blundstones but for winter. Ordered a 13 and they are 3/8” smaller at the heal and over 1/2” smaller across the widest part of the boot compared to my a blundstones. I couldn’t even get my heal into it.
