Beautiful Sweater but Awful experience

Bought it online, received a pre-owned sweater with a disgusting and extremely strong perfume smell, I had to wash it 3 times and soak it for a long time. Awful experience.

Disappointed, I bought online, it said they were available and then when it said my order was ready for pickup it was cancelled because it was unavailable. When I went to pick up my 1 item out of 5 that was available the teller said it was probably there if I wanted to look for it, we couldn’t find it she said.
