Stiff amd heavy

Shoes look great however are very heavy and stiff. Ordered onlime and came without box showed up in a bag. Very very stiff boot

Ordered these online and the security tag was still on them when they arrived. Not sure how I’m going to get this off. Boots are half decent although not the most comfortable boot I’ve worn
