My order says that it's awaiting pickup by UPS....that was 8 days ago. I received an email from Mark's asking how I like the product. I sent a message to Customer Service asking them to investigate what has happened to my order. That was more than 48 hours ago and I have received NO response. I am not a happy customer right now!!

As usual these cargo shorts fit very well. They are comfortable and made with good material. I buy 95% of my clothes from Marks and have never had a problem with any of their products.
