Great Boots

While I generally prefer to shop in person, I chose to purchase these boots online because my recent in-store experience was disappointing. The sales associate’s unprofessional and dismissive behavior suggested a weak grasp of customer service, which left a poor impression. I still trust this Boot brand, so I decided to take my chances online, and the product itself did not disappoint. Unfortunately, due to the in-store interaction, this will be my final purchase from Mark’s.

The shoes that i received seem to be worn as there are creases on the shoes. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband's birthday but i could not gift these. The shoes are also very poorly made, not sure if it is how they were made or the thread are out because they have been wore before. Highly disapointed. I had high expectations but never ordering from Mark's again.
