Very poor durability. Don't waste your money.

I've worn this maybe 10 times - about 8 with the tan side showing and 2 with the black. The tan side has deteriorated very quickly, as you can see from the picture. If I could return it I would, as it was very much not worth the money, but I cannot as I bought it months ago. For context, my previous belt lasted me 8 years with hundreds of days of use, and cost roughly the same. I will not buy a belt from Mark's again.

After owning this belt for about 2 weeks it's headed to the garbage. It had a topcoat finish of about the thickness of a coat of paint that scrapes off each time the buckle is done up.
I wish I'd kept the receipt.

Is not hide leather. Finish is a cheap laminate that starts flaking almost immediately. Not worth half the price.
