Great customer service. They were able to find and get my order right away when I went into the store. Overall a good experience. No complaints. I ordered the black pair of boots because I have the brown pair and they are really comfortable. I can walk in them for hours. I will be wearing them all the time!

When comfort is the most important factor

Always my go to boots for comfort. This is my 4th pair . Love the fit ( I have a wide foot) and love the style. The only downside is they basically only last me a year before the back of the heel lets go and I have to get another pair. Because of the comfort factor I don’t mind having to buy another pair.
