Received used boots

I gave this rating because when I picked up my boots instore I came home to open my parcel. My boots were worn dusty and my box paper was old and scattered all over. No care in how they were returned by someone else and no one checked the box. I was the lucky person who received the disappointing boots.

I had been searching for the perfect Chelsea boot with wide fit for a while. The Ainsley II QC lived up to the reviews. It's easy to put on and take off without being too loose. I look forward to enjoying this for a long time.

The size was way off. Not a good fit. It says wide fit and yet when they arrive the front of the boot is narrow and size 7 feel like size 5 or a kids size

I was looking for more affordable than the most popular high priced ones. These fit the bill. On sale for $40 off so bought black & beige/brown. Fit according to my normal wide size. So comfy & love them. Very happy with my purchase & highly recommend
