Good choice for pear/hourglass type but runs large

Overall, I like these shorts. The linen makes them comfortable in hot weather but I need to iron after washing. I'm very curvy (smaller waist and larger hip butt and thigh), and the fit is 8/10 for that - I don't have a waist gap in them but they do give me a bit of a wedgy. But, the size chart isn't anywhere close to accurate. I should, according to the chart, be a size 18. The 14 is a touch too big in the waist.

Unfair BOLO Policy

Although I am enjoying the product, I did not enjoy the sales experience. I purchased 4 items under the ‘buy one get one half off’ promotion. When I returned one of the items for which I paid full price ($45), I only received a $30 credit. I was told that that is the way the BOLO promotion works. Marks needs to change its policies. IF I return a $45 article, I expect to receive a $45 credit.

Beautiful material, very comfortable

Bought to use for gardening but like the very soft material so much and they are so comfortable that I have instead decided to use my older Mark’s shorts for gardening and save these for going out. Nice length and elastic at back waistband. Quite a dressy look.
