This coat DOESN’T have a fully lined interior

Description reads “Additionally, the fully lined interior adds an extra layer of comfort and warmth”. I purchased this coat, I like the fit and colour but the coat I received WAS NOT fully lined as noted, I am keeping it but I am very disappointed in the misleading description

Ripped off by in store pickup option

I ordered this online for in store pick up. I didn’t end up making it to the store to pick up the jacket, however, the order summary says I did pick it up. So somebody who works at the store took it or gave it to another customer without checking their ID and I wrote customer service requesting my money back and Mark’s still hasn’t refunded me or responded to my message.
No, I do not recommend this product.
