This is ok as a dress, but what I really wanted it for was a Jacket. The buttons go all the way from top to bottom, allowing me to wear it open. I tied the belt in the back. I love this look and have been searching for something like it for years. It is fairly light as a coat, however, roomy enough to wear a sweater underneath it. I'm pretty short at 5"5, so it goes all the way to my ankles, which is what I wanted. Perfect for Fall and Spring.
