Poor shipment updates

The quality isn't my complaint. I love Denver Hayes products. Here is where my issue lies. I placed an order a week ago, and although I received an email saying that it had shipped, when I check the order status, it says it is still being processed. I sent a message asking the status of my order but I haven't received a response yet.

Nice quality unfortunately I ordered 2 sizes and the one that fit was a much lighter wash then the one that didn't. I had to double check that they both said medium indigo, the one definitely looks like a light wash, which was disappointing. Will try to exchange in-store to see wash in person.
