Denver Hayes Women's Oversize Blazer

Perfect fit boxy but not sloppy. Excellent value!

This Blazer is great quality and weight but most surprising was the fit. I'm typically a size 12 or XL these days in tops and thickest at the waist. The boxy fit of this Blazer in a size L is PERFECTION. I can fasten the front button creating more of a fitted silhouette (which I wasn't e pecting to be able to do) or leave open. Ideally. Sleeves could be half an inch shorter but not an issue. Wish it came in another neutral like beige. One of the best purchases I've made in a long while. This one is a hit!

Very nice quality and fit.

I was after a blazer type jacket to wear over a jumpsuit to elevate the look for attending the Symphony. This has certainly achieved that. I normally wear an XL as I'm not a fan of tight fitting clothes but had to size down to a L. The L is all they had in store anyway and while it is a little long in the sleeves it fits everywhere else with some wiggle room which is amazing - I think I would have been drowning in an XL! It would have been nicer to have the jacket fully lined even at a slight increase in cost as comparable jackets on Amazon (in the same price bracket at RRF) are fully lined. As for the fabric, it has a good weight too it overall and hangs nicely. There is ample stretch to the fabric so you are not in a straight-jacket, so simple things like sitting down and bending your arms still gives you flexibility and you can leave the jacket buttoned without it popping off, thankfully it is a traditional button and button hole. There are pockets at the front, that if you decide to use are stitched closed. There is a pleat at the back also that you may want to unstitch so it doesn't pucker like a balloon at the back of your butt. I didn't realise it was on sale as I bought this directly in store so that was a nice surprise :-D It's certainly a great way to elevate a pair of jeans, or skirt/dress and jumpsuit too.

Love this blazer! It is a great boyfriend style blazer that still actually has stretch while maintaining that structured look. Even though its stretchy, it still looks really nice. I love that it actually has room for my arms too (hello big arm girls), something so rare in blazers. Perfect oversized fit. Only thing is I wish it was fully lined - it has lining on the arms and top of the shoulders, but not the whole body, which is a shame and slightly detracts from the elevated feeling.
