Shoes great, return sucked!

Love the shoes, they are perfect..
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, unfortunately when I called support my order was already processed. The gentleman was most helpful and we reordered the correct size and he said just refuse the wrong sized one and it will be returned to Marks.
However, both pair arrived on the same day and there was no way to know which ones to refuse. I had to accept both pair and then return the wrong ones. Your return system worked just fine. The parcel cost me $28.80 to send back!!!!!!!!!

Very nice for summer. Not leather but they look good. Heel height is also good as I am short. They will look good with pants, skorts, shorts and dresses. Thanks.

Too tight

I have a normal foot and the straps are extremely tight and hurt. If you have a high arch or a wide foot, you would not even be able to get them on. There is no stretch. Super cute sandal, unfortunately I had to return them.
