    The absolute best

Im on my second container of this stuff. It softens up even the toughest leather right away. Makes your boots waterproof and protects the stitching! Don't be afraid to put it on thick and let it soak in. Would rate it more then 5 stars if I could.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Not much can be said about mink oil other than it is more of a mink paste, which is a good thing. The can it comes in is large enough that unless you are applying it to all of your leather goods it should last the better part of a year.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Questions

    1 - 5 of 5 Questions

Q: Is this product petroleum based? I work for a Fire Department and need to treat/water-proof new fire boots but it says not to use petroleum based products as it will lessen the fire protection properties of the boot and could lead to possible injury.

A: Hello, thank you for reaching out! Our Duracare mink oil is petroleum based, so it wont be suitable to use on your boots. Unfortunatelly we do not carry natural mink oil or dubbin, which could work.
