Cycling with warm feet, at last.

I used these for my road bike shoes. I swapped out the existing inner soles for these. What a difference! Here in Victoria, we ride our bikes 50 weeks of the year. That doesn't stop us getting cold feet. After, getting these shoes, however, I noticed a real improvement.

They Don't Keep Your feet Warm

These don't keep your feet any warmer then the original insoles in the Merrell hiking boots.
They are not worth the money - $31.99 & I would not buy them again. They fit ok that is the only reason why I gave them a two star
