Épaisses et confortables. Grâce à ce produit, j'ai converti mes chaussures d'automne en chaussures d'hiver. Je chausse des 12 US et la semelle Moldable grandeur 12 était serrée mais juste parfaite pour ne pas bouger dans la chaussure lors des mouvements de marche. Peut convenir aux chaussures à cap d'acier. Plus facile si votre semelle de chaussure est amovible car la semelle Duracare est tout de meme déja épaisse. Client satisfait. Merci à l'Équipeur/Mark's pour la promo du Cyber Lundi.

A: Hello, thank you for reaching out. Heat Molding Instruction below: 1. Pre-heat conventional oven to 200F (DO NOT microwave). 2. If possible remove factory insoles from shoes/boots. 3. Place insoles face down on middle oven rack until the heat sticker on bottom of insoles turns black or for a maximum of 2 mins. 4. Remove from oven and insert warm insoles into your shoes/boots. 5. Immediately step into your shoes/boots and lace them up. 6. Stand up straight in your shoes/boots with feet shoulder-width apart for 2 min.
