These insoles are all gel and offer poor support compared to my usual ones. My feet also sweat thus cool feet in winter,and socks that always bunch up. Only reason I bought them was the shoes I ordered were $1 short for free shipping. Strange how that always happens when I use this vendor for online purchase.
