The suggested size fits pretty well, but be warned: you do have to stretch them a fair bit to get them on, but that helps them stay on and also stay in place.

I already have a pair but wanted another in case they wear out so I ordered them. I find, they are the best, i feel secure wearing them on snow/ice. They have a good grip and I don;t slip,
I don’t know where I purchased cleats that just go around your arch. But I found the Velcro strap that went around my foot kept coming loose so i didn’t like those cleats.

Size 11.5 winter boot requires XL size, perfect. Great traction even on sheer ice! After a freezing December rain, ice everywhere but cleats very stable, only way to navigate extreme conditions.

Saved my life!

These stabilizers are the only reason I can walk up my long steep driveway, and steep hill that I live on. I used them last year during the dreaded snowfall and -17 C freezing temps that created so much ice. I felt stable while shoveling and walking back and forth on my driveway, and I used it to navigate icy parking lots & trails in local parks when walking my dogs. I wear these over my Sorel boots or Runners and they fit perfectly.
