Shipped in a plastic bag

The hat was shipped in a plastic bag - no the best idea for a straw hat! With this in mind it arrived as anyone would guess, ripped and damaged beyond use. It was promptly returned for a refund and not reordered as Marks customer service informed me they cannot dictate how the warehouse ships products and unable to provide them feedback - so Marks wastes its own money!
