Like all of Marks scrub pants I had to go with an XL instead of a L but the fit is nice and the fabric is soft. The pockets are big and on both pant legs which is my preference. Only downside is that the fabric on the inside of my thighs started to pill on the first wear making me worry about how long they will last. Would buy another pair if they end up lasting at least a year as the fit is nice and they are comfortable to wear.
