The jacket came without the removable faux fir hood trim however customer service offered a reasonable credit for this deficiency. The jacket is very comfortable and warm. Fit is generous.

I returned the Jacket about a month ago. The problem was that the color was wrong, it didn't match the picture. So when will you return the money for the order and for the shipping I spent ?
