First time buying Helly Hansen

This is the second time buying this shoe. I found it comfortable right out of the box - no real break in time. The hard rubber soles really hold up to long days on your feet. The leather is nice and soft and being waterproof is amazing. The only thing I wish is that they offered a wider width.

Great shoe but not for my use

Well made, comfortable and lightweight. The only issue that I am having with them is that they are super hot. I imagine this is due to the waterproof feature that I really don't need. I would probably go back to my vented Merrells for my next pair.

This shoe impressed me

Honestly the best pair of work shoes I've bought. As a tradesman I'm pretty hard on work shoes and after 6 months they are usually pretty much done: I probably wear them 60 hrs a week and 9 months in these are still going strong. These guys are built of quality materials and built to last. I believe in these so much that I actually picked up two more pair when they went on sale just in case they get dicontinued
