The pants are comfortable, easy to slip on and true to size. They kept my husband dry when he walked the dog in the rain. At this time, he can’t comment on the long term durability of the snaps at the bottom of the legs but to date, they serve the purpose.

Not waterproof

“Waterproof “ has an assortment of definitions, I suppose. I just spent 2 hours operating a machine in the rain (sitting) and these pants leaked through within 20 minutes. It is admittedly a severe test, as water was pooling on the seat and I was sitting in water. If you are looking for truly waterproof look elsewhere.

Lightweight & Packable

They're lightweight and packable for trips and the men's fit women very well. They are "restricted wear" so are only good for 4-5 hours in the rain before you get wet which is all we need for holidays and most outings at home. The weight and feel of them is just right and they feel good on top of jeans or other pants as they're light and move with you.
